The Raising a Good Eater workshop series very much met my expectations! It presents critical information about parent/child attitudes, responsibilities, expectations and communication, which are all part of the foundation for good eating and good nutrition. Erika is an outstanding and passionate presenter, with a warm and welcoming approach who has a wealth of knowledge related to building healthy, trusting, eating dynamics amongst “feeders” and “eaters”
